Refund policy

Junior Golf Camps:

All Junior Camps are refundable, less a $25 (per camper) change fee, prior to 14 days before the start of the original purchased Camp. No refunds will be given on any camps within 14 days of the start of original purchased Camp. In lieu of cancelling, Child may switch to a different camp, if there are openings, and is approved via email from management, no later than 1 week before the original purchased Camp start date. 

VIP Program & GHIN Service:

All VIP Memberships & GHIN Handicap Service purchased online are FIANL SALE & non refundable.

Individual Golf Lessons:

All Individual/Private Golf Lessons are non refundable.  Lessons expire 12 months from purchase date. 

Gift Certificates/ Gift Cards:

All Gift Certificates, purchased online, are valid on Green Fees & Golf Shop Merchandise only.  Not valid at the driving range, for lessons, or on any F&B products. F&B items sold in the Golf Shop are not eligible for gift certificate/card redemption.  Gift Certificates automatically expire 5 years from date of purchase. Lost Gift Certificates/Cards will not be replaced unless an order receipt is presented with its order number and original purchase date.  All Gift Certificates are FINAL SALE.
